Responsibilities:
1) Oversee the production process of sheet metal products, ensuring efficiency and quality.
2) Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
3) Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
4) Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
5) Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular maintenance checks.
6) Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production activities.
7) Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.
8) Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies.
9) 5 to 8 years of experience in a production engineering role, specifically in the sheet metal industry (mandatory).
